Vaitala, Sisireshwara Temples

The Vaitala (Baitala) Deula Temple shares the temple compound with Sisiresvara Temple. Three sides of the exterior sanctuary wall contain niches with wonderful gracefully posed females and couples. The upper portion tower of Sisiresvara (Sisireswara) Temple located in the same compound as Vaital (Baitala) Deula temple is missing and the mandapa (jagamohana) has been recently restored with a new roof added. The central niche on the south side of the mandapa houses an image of a four-armed Lakulisa flanked by three disciples on either side.
